Khazana tells the story of Vaidehi, a new bride by arranged marriage. Her husband’s family is wealthy beyond belief – but constant reminders of their different social status slowly turn into a growing series of mental, emotional and physical abuses. Born in the USA, Vaidehi struggles to remain a dutiful wife and respectful daughter-in-law in the face of that abuse. Ultimately, with no way out, Vaidehi conspires to take vengeance on those who have wronged her. Revenge is served.
